The first group of FLSmidth experts and managers arrived at Jovein Cement factory early in April. They are all well trained and experienced cement plant specialists and are headed by Mr Motilal Panda who has more than 25 years experience in many cement plants around the world. FLSmidth managers have taken charge of the whole plant and are now responsible for all operations including the quality of our products.

On Sunday 11th of April, Mr Poul Larsen also visited our plant. Mr Larsen (see pictures) is one of the most senior directors at FLSmidth with plenty of sound and successful managerial background in many parts of the world.

Our CEO, Professor Kazem Oraee, during his visit to the plant on 16th April said there is every indication that this unprecedented contract will work extremely well. He further reiterated the importance of maintaining products' quality at international standards and inspected our quality control department.
